What is the cancellation policy?

Who do I contact if I have special needs?

Please let us know if you have special dietary restrictions. We cannot guarantee special menus; however, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. All special requests must be made in writing. Please contact Lisa Hand at

How many CEs will be issued?

We estimate 11 total credits being approved for the meeting, including Category A credit hours.

How do I receive my CE credit?

Within a week after the meeting, all paid attendees will receive an email with a link to the online evaluation. After completing the evaluation, you can download your CE form.

Is WiFi available at the conference?
