Job Description
Main Line Health is seeking Oncology
Data Specialists:
Bryn Mawr Hospital - Full Time
Lankenau Hospital - Part Time
Required Qualifications
The
Oncology Data Specialist must possess the technical
knowledge and skills necessary to maintain the
components of an oncology related data collection
system in a manner consistent with all requirements
of the health care delivery system; medical,
administrative, ethical, legal and regulatory. The
successful candidate must be a Certified Tumor
Registrar (CTR) with minimum of one year experience
or Board eligible within 6-12 months.
Education Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Cancer/Health
Information Management or completion of an
accredited Cancer Registry Training program
required. Education in other Allied Health
professions may also be considered.
